Narisha Khan is a Senior Associate at CSR Solutions Limited, where she is responsible for the execution of various client engagements. The former Research and Statistical Manager at the Children’s Authority of T&T, and Market Research Officer at the Business Development Company (BDC), she has extensive experience in the design, planning and execution of various types of research projects.

At the Children’s Authority, Narisha developed a structure and work plan for the research and statistical unit designed to establish a national data system for child protection statistics in Trinidad and Tobago.

At the BDC she was responsible for the maintenance and analysis of industry, competitiveness and trade databases utilised by the organization for planning purposes, and also conducted and reported on internal and external customer satisfaction surveys. Narisha was integrally involved in developing company policies and procedures for ISO 9001:2008 certification.

Narisha also worked at the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business where she was responsible for the planning and production of the company’s quarterly Corporate Confidence Index, and the Executive Opinion Survey in Trinidad and Tobago for the World Economic Forum’s annual Global Competitiveness Report.

Narisha is a contributing researcher and case study writer to the UNDP’s Publication ‘The Millennium Development Goals and the Private Sector: The Caribbean Business Experience’ and has authored a number of research pieces for the Business Guardian, the Business Focus Magazine and The Business Link Newsletter.

She holds a M.Sc. in Development Statistics with a specialisation in Survey Research and a B.Sc. in Psychology with a minor in Economics from the University of the West Indies. Narisha is also trained in the conduct of Social Impact Assessments and is a certified ISO 9001:2008 Internal Quality Auditor.
